The Elmir Group’s founder, Karen Elmir, has been one of Cervera real estate’s top producer for five years. Elmir kicked off her career as an expert in new development projects, with record breaking sales at residences at the Epic in Miami and the Grove at Grand Bay in Coconut Grove, and is an active member of the Master Broker’s Forum. The Elmir Group’s foundation was created by their reoccurring satisfied customers and consistent referrals.

Dr. Samir Elmir, PhD, PE, BCEE, is the Vice CEO and Co-founder of The Elmir Group. He has been a licensed professional engineer in State of Florida for over 25 years. Dr. Elmir specialized in building performance, management, operation including inspections. Dr Elmir ‘s leadership and management skills have earned him a great respect in the community. Dr Elmir is an international figure with a rich network of high quality international clients. Dr Elmir is fluent in English, Spanish, Arabic, and working knowledge in French.


Martin Elortegui , Director of Business Development
Mr. Elortegui has 20 years of success in US, launching business strategies, partnerships, and products that drive market share, revenue growth, and profitability. He has held leadership positions in real estate developments, being EPIC Hotel and Residences in Miami, one of his career. Also in hospitality, and entertainment industries, targeting U.S., Latin American, and European markets. Among his accomplishments, he has directed a domestic and international hotel portfolio with brands such as Ritz Carlton and Hilton, opened properties in the U.S. and the Caribbean, and managed multi-million dollar marketing campaigns and real estate developments.


Patricia Alfonso a current resident of Coral Gables is a graduate from the University of Florida. As a lifelong resident of Miami she has owned condominiums and homes throughout Miami including South Beach, South Miami and Coral Gables. She is well versed in the knowledge of luxury real estate in Miami and all its glory and attraction. She has been in the industry well over 5 years, and prides herself with excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish, and understands the sensitive nature of finding that “perfect home”. She kicked off her career with Dezer Real Estate, with staggering sales in Sunny Isles and Epic Residences. In the peak of her career, she began working with Cervera Real Estate as an in-house sales rep for Ugo Colombo’s newest Italian masterpiece Brickell Flatiron as well as working along side The Elmir Group. Her enthusiasm and confidence at helping her buyers and sellers achieve their goals is irreplaceable and her sellers marvel at the way that she engages herself and markets their properties as if they were her own.


Anouka Maria Perkins, Financial Manager of The Elmir Group – From a very young age, Anouka Perkins knew real estate was her calling. It started with being part of a real estate family. Her father is a commercial real estate broker, her mother has been in residential real estate marketing for 35 years, and both have delved into development from time to time. However, it is a lifetime growing up in Miami and being surrounded by unique neighborhoods, numerous styles of architecture, and stunning natural surroundings that inspired her to make the career her own. This, combined with a passion for design and stylish lifestyles, it is Anouka’s unique ability to see a property from many different aspects that sets her apart in the industry. “Helping others discover the character and nuances of each individual property is very gratifying,” she says.
“It is what makes people feel a connection to a place beyond just walls.”

With such a client-centric focus, it comes as no surprise that Anouka focused her collegiate studies towards skills that would further enhance her performance as a real estate professional. She studied both economics and finance so that she may provide clients with sharp market analysis and understanding. “Buying or selling real estate is usually one of the most important financial transactions in a person’s life,” explains Anouka. “I take tremendous pride in being a knowledgeable resource for helping my clients successfully navigate that experience.”

As a Miami native, Anouka is extensively familiar with nearly every popular residential neighborhood in the area – including Coral Gables, Brickell, Downtown, Coconut Grove, and many others. Within the neighborhoods she serves, Anouka specializes in residential condominiums and single-family homes across a wide range of budgets. As a member of the team at The Elmir Group, she also serves as the team’s Operations and Financial Manager.
In addition to her degree from the University of Alabama, Anouka is also an accomplished salesperson with international exposure. She previously worked with the New York City Corporate Office of PRADA as part of their Retail Operations and Finance Departments. Anouka also spent time living abroad in Salamanca, Spain where she gained valuable insight into the needs and expectations of foreign buyers who come to Miami looking for exceptional real estate opportunities.

Anouka is fluent in both English and Spanish and speaks French at a conversational level.
